Targeted Furniture Sub-Sectors

• 🛋️ Mattresses and base components

• Lounge and upholstered goods

• Case goods (e.g., cupboards, tables, storage units)

• Kitchen and built-in units

• School furniture and other furniture-related businesses

Who Can Apply?

• 🏢 The fund primarily targets SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Businesses will be supported if they:

• ✅ Meet the NEF’s financial, marketing, technical, and environmental requirements.

• ✅ Retain or create jobs through the funding.

• ✅ Are start-ups, expansions, or expansionary acquisitions

Funding Details

• 💡 Funding can be in the form of debt or equity.

• Interest rates range from 0% to 5%.

• Maximum repayment period: up to 84 months.

• Funding can be used for:

• Equipment and expansion finance

• Quality assurance and environmental requirements

• Working capital
